The inspection methods of cold and hot shock chamber

The hot and cold shock chamber is used to test the material structure or composite material and can tolerate it under extremely high temperature and low temperature in a continuous environment. It can detect the chemical changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest time or Physical damage; thus confirming the quality and durability of the product. The cold and heat shock box inspection method is as follows:

1. sampling and decision rules:
  • Mass production of cold and heat shock boxes, sampling in batches of 20 or more, 2 samples, and sampling of less than 20 samples.
  • The type inspection items for sampling samples shall be all qualified; otherwise, the unqualified items shall be double tested; if the second inspection is qualified, only the first inspection unqualified items will be returned for repair; If there is still one failed test sample, the batch is judged to be unqualified. If the second test sample is all qualified, the batch is qualified.
2. the type test situation:
  • the new product test-type identification
  • Formally produced products undergo major changes in structure, materials, processes, production equipment, and management, which may affect product performance.
  • When the product is mass-produced, regular sampling shall be conducted at least once every two years.
  • When the national quality supervision agency conducts quality supervision and inspection.
  • There is a big difference between the results of the factory test and the results of the last type test.
